Hard Stuck is an erotic turn-based dungeon crawler inspired by the game that created the roguelike genre, "Rogue".
The goal of the game is to fight your way through a dungeon filled with monsters and traps to reach the last floor, discovering the functions of obfuscated items and interacting with various curios along the way.
The game can be played using keyboard, mouse or gamepad.
Features:
- Procedurally generated dungeons.
- Multiple monsters with unique sex scenes.
- Lots of items and curios.
Requirements:
- A PC that can use the Vulkan graphics API (Or alternatively DirectX12 on windows).
Notes on the linux version:
- You may have to change the x86_64 files properties to be run as an executable to get it to work.
If you encounter any issues with getting the game to run, try starting it from the command line/terminal. It will display any error messages the game throws before crashing or locking up.

Really cool game and style, completed it a few times in a row. I want to know, will it be okay if i train image gen LORA for your incubus/succubus character? By making my own dataset from screenshots of game. And i mean only and only for this succubus character. i hope this question is not something wrong. i just really like this kind of interpretation of succubus/demon. Ofc i will leave all links for this game on civitai and it might bring some attention to your game. I can send you a SFW example here, then it'll be done before you allow me to post it, just to make sure I'm not a poor quality maker dude and put some time and effort into making it as similar as possible. How exactly does the altar work? I can put cursed or blessed items on it, but after that I only get cryptic messages and nothing changes it seems.
Altars let you test if an item is blessed or cursed before equipping/using it.
Ah, that is pretty neat.
How do you catch the bath voyeur? It's the only thing I don't have unlocked and just can't figure it out. I know where the bath area is on the shop level but nothing ever happens when I take a bath or look around.
There's a false wall you can see the minotaur return from after you bathe. If you enter through that wall and bathe from the back entrance, you get the scene.

Pretty fun game so far! I haven't made it too far into a run yet, but the animations are fun and interesting. Companions seem a little weak/useless so far.
Would love to see some more clothing options or outfits eventually, like skirts, lingerie, or other revealing clothing. But overall really solid game.
Fantastic update
Aside from my raving reviews about the game in general, 2 things I noticed were
- Lantern in (I think) Frank, Nightmare looked a little jank/stiff
- Male nightmare scene feels like it should be slightly varied from the female one, imo.

However, how the heck do I get 2 mimics at the same time? Is there a seed and where do I input the seed code?
I've found that you can now find 3 chests lined up together, which is where I got my scene. Seems mimics are also more frequent now as well, from my experience, so you could try to plan brining two together, if not.

Really loved this game, honestly it's my second time playing a "roguelike" game and enjoying it despite it being a bit hard to get through some later stages and really love the animations they're well done and I love how you used sex as a mechanic to stun the enemies, keep up the good job.
Also if it's possible could you like share what conditions are needed to unlock the animations for each monster cuz now I'm focusing on unlocking every animation there is for this version but like I kind of get confused on what I need to do to unlock them feels like I'm missing something out to unlocking new scenes, like for example:- for the goblin I have like the recruit, anal, doggystyle and threesome unlocked but other then that I can't seem to figure out how to do it since whenever I try to fuck the goblin during the playthrough it only shows me anal and doggystyle so would like to know what are the conditions to unlock the animations.
There are cinematics for allied kobold/goblin/frank and the feminine monsters.
If you press z or left mouse button on a locked cinematic a text box will pop up describing the monsters that take part in it.
Oh didn't knew I could do that to see the conditions for unlocking the cinematic, thank you informing me about it :3
When I zoom into the game the animation seems slowing down a bit, is that normal? Idle animations, etc.
The games animations are all 16 frames per second without any interpolation between frames.
The snapping between animation frames gets more noticeable the closer you are to the characters.
Or do you mean the games actual framerate?
Got it thanks, that's what I meant yes. When I zoom in, it kinda looks like the frames moving slowly. Zooming out or in cinematic mode everything seems okay.
First off this gane is amazing but there are 2 vissible problems for one the characters chest is bugged and it is sither fixed into one spot or contorts and also with the masturbate scenes and others with the cum it gets very laggy but i dont thik this is a problem with my laptop
There was an old bug that I believed was fixed where if the game starts on a very low framerate the boobs would shoot off into space and stay there.
I'll take another look at it and see if I can find something that might be causing it.
The cum is rather demanding of hardware, if you're using the manual camera and zooming in on if then it would strain most mid range gpus.
hey so I'm having an issue where there is screen flickering and the protagonist is completely invisible. My GPU is an AMD Radeon RX 6800 so I doubt thats the issue. Any idea what is wrong?
Try updating your gpu driver (adrenalin software).
One of the recent driver updates broke most godot games using vulkan, I believe it affected cards older than the 7000 series but I'm not entirely certain. Or you could try the dx12 version.

The "Male on Male <Disabled>" option has been broken for multiple builds at this point.
For people not interested in yaoi, it basically shuts down 2 entire game features; allies and the summoning tome. Using either of them in the later floors basically risks getting flashbombed by a fetish you're not interested in. If you turn the wrong corner and stumble into one of the "incubus" type enemies, they'll charm your ally and the scene still plays, despite having it disabled in settings.
It also incorrectly unlocks in the gallery when the regular "Male on Female" version of the scene plays.
Sorry about that, I changed a bunch of stuff when implementing the lava siren and nightmares and forgot about the male on male tags.
I'll have it fixed in next weeks public release.
The unlocking of the female version is intended though, since it's essentially the same cinematic they now share the same id.

Them sharing the same id really seems like something worth reconsidering though. Somebody toggling off any of the fetish settings presumably means they have no interest in seeing that content; including in the memory/gallery. Splitting them so one doesn't unlock the other seems like a pure positive for the player; removing the potential of them accidentally triggering those when scrolling through the entries.
On a similar topic when it comes to the debug spawner room; really feels like it would benefit the player to have different sexes be their own entries. Having to repeatedly hit "reset" on the spawner because it keeps spawning the wrong one can be kind of annoying.
I’m of the other mind, which is that, as they are functionally variants, I’d rather they be unlocked so that if I do decide I’m interested in seeing the difference I don’t need to go find the encounter in-game with the toggle off, I care a lot more about the distinction in wild gameplay than I do when poking a gallery and have the choice of just not opening the scene Instead I’d just have the slot in the gallery blurred out or otherwise indicated it is such while the toggle is active
Will there ever be a cheat / spawn menu? just finished this game (really hard, took me forever) and i wanna unlock everything in the gallery without doing everything again under specific conditions
The update scheduled for next week will include a new feature for modding audio, so all cinematics will be unlocked in a new debug mode.
Might be a gpu driver issue. What gpu are you using?

If you're on windows, open task manager, press processes at the top (If windows 11 press the heart monitor looking button on the left) press GPU, there it will tell you what it is!

According to the spec sheet, it's from 2013. So I don't think you'll get the game running great on it.
It also looks like it has issues with DX12 and newer vulkan games.
If you really want to play the game, you might get it running in opengl mode. It's not really supported and has a lot of graphics issues, but it might be an improvement judging by your screenshot.
With the game folder open, type cmd in the address bar to open a command line prompt at that location. Then type the following in the command line window:
HardStuck.exe --rendering-driver opengl3

In latest version and hp laptop 12th Gen and everything is latest
Which model? Laptops usually have a model name and number like "SuperBook15-ec8329".
It might be written on a label on the bottom of the laptop.

It seems that a lot of users with intel integrated graphics have a hard time getting the game to run.
You might have more luck with the dx12 build.
Hello! I have a feeling the answer is pretty much a no givin the direction of the game, but is there any chance that a futa option / item will be added?
The game lets you add boobs to the incubus and male lava siren / nightmare enemies at the customization mirror, which is kinda futa adjacent.
I don't think the current main character will get a penis option though, her animation rig wasn't made with it in mind. But another playable character might.

Oh my god this was so peak
The cum always seems to have a flickering, scanline-y texture on it. it's not game-breaking but it is a bit distracting and doesn't look very good in the scenes. any ideas on how i could potentially fix it, or is it just a part of the game?
If it looks like Z-figthing it's something I'm looking into.
It's caused by the bounding spheres getting different lighting.

I'm on a hp laptop with intel core i5 and irisx graphics. vulkan can't get to the menu and the other one crashes at the end of a scene
According to the iris xe spec sheet it only has support for Vulkan 1. Which might be too low for the game, I'm not sure.
You could try running the game from the command line and see if any error messages show up.
