Version 0.2 public release


Version 0.2 has left early access.

There is a bunch of new stuff as well as some quality of life changes added from the current early access build.

First off saves from v0.12 are incompatible with v0.2 and will be overwritten when manually saving.

Advantage/Disadvantage on hit rolls from having Blessed/Cursed weapons and shields has been replaced with a new luck system.
Luck is gained from having sex with enemies and lost by breaking mirrors.
With a positive luck value any missed attack will be rolled rolled again.
Negative luck has the opposite effect, attempting to reroll any hit into a miss.
Whenever a reroll takes place the luck value moves one step towards 0.
At 0 luck there is no rerolling.

The next public release will hopefully be available in january or february 2025.

  • Sex scenes can now be selected from a menu if more than one are available.
  • Sex scenes will now wait for player input before progressing to the next stage.
  • Added a folder to the game directory named "Experimental" with templates for unofficial translations / custom keybindings.

Changes:

  • Save files have been split into 2 seperate files and saves from v0.12 are incompatible with v0.2.
  • Throwing a weapon now counts as a ranged melee attack.
  • When throwing a weapon the tile selector will now spawn on the nearest enemy.
  • The finesse stat has been removed together with the finesse potion.
  • Shields now have strength requirements.
  • The advantage/disadvantage from blessed/cursed weapons and shields has been replaced with a new luck system.
  • Blessed weapons will return to the thrower if they hit an enemy.
  • Blessed shields now block magic effects like chilled, shocked and burning.
  • Ring of calories has been buffed from 10 to 20 per item level.
  • Ring of regeneration has been buffed from 2 to 3 per turn.
  • Tome of heal additional health per itemlevel buffed from 5 to 20.
  • Amount of loot per floor has been increased.
  • The first combat floor should now guarantee an offensive item drop.
  • Additional items have been added to the vault loot pool.
  • Interacting with the mirror tile now opens character customization.
  • Worn rings can now be decursed at holy fonts.
  • Inventory, memory selection and customization menus will now remember which index was selected the last time the menu was open.
  • The max cum gain from tentacle cinematics has been increased to 50.
  • The threshold for triggering the cumflation defeat cinematic has been lowered to 125.
  • Cum meter max value now increases by 1 for every 5 points the meter reduces over time.

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed cum animating one frame behind all other models during cinematics.
  • Fixed an issue causing missing stairs on some floors.
  • Thrown items are now properly destroyed by lava tiles.
  • Fixed an issue causing enemies to spawn on top of each other.
  • Fixed an issue with dungeon generation on water and lava floors causing flickering wall tiles.

Do you think a cutscene or something can get added so we have a storyline or reason as to why we are in this dungeon and fall out of a TV

I have an idea for something along those lines but it's low on the priority list at the moment.

That's understandable, gameplay gains priority over something that only adds context, if you are accepting of ideas or suggestions I have some ideas
